The beginning process will be signing a Broker Buyer Agreement and a Showing agreement. Then we will follow the proper procedures in requesting appointments with the other agents to see as many properties you would like in a reasonable time. When you find the perfect home then you will sign a purchase agreement and list any contingencies that you would like. Perhaps you'd like worn carpet replaced and if the seller is willing to change it that would be a contingency. You will give a earnest money deposit and it will be held in escrow at the title company. I will also be available to your mortgage lender to answer any questions they may have as well as the other agent. There will be appraisals and inspections and I will be scheduling times and walking you through each action communicating where we are in the process. After all this we will come to the closing. This usually takes up to 45 days. The title company will do the closing and you will get your keys this day.
